  Way better quality than I was expecting. It's not rough on the outside but you can feel the thick, strong chain inside. The lick itself is a thick plastic and the numbers are pretty easy to turn.

  exactly as expected
  It's so much easier to use than a coil lock. The coil locks stiffen up when it's cold in the winter. This one is easy to use year round.
