The good - small, discrete, not ugly, battery isn't bad (5 days)The bad - proprietary charge cradle (USB-C or wireless... stop making proprietary chargers!), no access to your own data (why won't it sync with 3rd party apps?), no advanced features based on the HRV data it is collecting, PAID SUBSCRIPTION NEEDED FOR ADVANCED DATA, screen only comes on when you press the button making this useless telling time (read - you will be tempted to wear a watch on your other wrist), no option for the screen to stay on when using the timer, the two choices in watch strap are for tiny wrists and those of a giant, it constantly loses sync with my phone (Galaxy S9)... list goes on.This thing just doesn't feel 'fully baked'. Very disappointed. - Reviewed by Regi s Levesque (Reviewed in Canada on April 21, 2020)

Great purchase.
I have been using the Fitbit for 2 weeks now and am really enjoying it. The sleep tracking report is really interesting. And I'm more motivated to get up and move often when I get gentle reminders and see my progress. As far as accuracy I noticed it added extra steps just by moving my arm up and down so the step count might not be entirely correct but I'm sure it's close enough at the end of the day. The strap is quite comfortable. And I really enjoy the built in gps so I don t have to carry my phone for my runs. Although if you want music you still have to carry your phone because the Spotify app on the Fitbit only gives you controls so you can change songs without pulling out your phone. - Reviewed by Hakim Sekour (Reviewed in Canada on April 29, 2020)
Meilleur rapport qualité/prix
Le Produit reçu est tel que décrit. Il y a une astuce pour la synchronisation dans les forums. Ma conjointe l'adore. - Reviewed by fishface42 (Reviewed in Canada on May 6, 2020)
Not for this senior
One star only in the sense that it was no go for me. I am 78 and technology challenged; I couldn't even download the app. Then there is the midget size. I need reading glasses to see it. Returned it.
