  The first time is very very fun
  This is my first E bike. The first time is very very fun. Quality seems very good packaging was very nice minor assembly required very easy. All required tools were included. My battery came fully charged so I was able to play with it right away which was nice. The real test will be in a couple weeks or couple months and see how I feel about it then.I am on 176 cm tall and the plus is a bit too big for me. It doesn't bother me my previous bike was also too tall for me still able to use it and I really don't mind at all but that's something other users might want to take into consideration.

  Beautiful bike but frame too big for me
  This is a most beautiful bike but not at all suitable for someone who is not tal l with long legs. I was extremely disappointed that I had to send it back. I am 5'5" with a 30" inside leg. Even on my tip toes, off the seat, the cross bar was too high. I would love them to sell the same bike with a step through and I'd buy it in a flash. Enrique and Ryan in Seattle were very helpful in allowing me to return it. I didn't get to ride it at all.

  Nice Electric Bike
  After buying an electric scooter, I decided to step up my game and buy an electric bike. Following an extensive review of the market, I decided to buy the Moscow Plus. It's a great bike with high-end components for the price. It also doesn't hurt that it's a German manufacturer building the bike (from Chinese components). Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to a lot of riding in the spring.

  its a beaut iful bike
  i was a giant bike fan for decades ,now my NCM bike my favorite this is my first e bike i researched e bikes for a year before choosing the NCM you cannot get an e bike with the options this bike has for the price for a little extra money i got the Moscow plus that comes with a gel seat hydraulic brakes and fork suspension and a 16 amp hr battery ,and an upgraded display that is center of the handle bars allowing me to put two lights on the handle bars.very easy to assemble.very sharp looking bike to rides very nice to im very happy with the purchase of my bike.would like to thank NCM for their fully detailed videos of there product witch made my choice of buying this ebike a no brainier

  extreme value!!. Very good quality, esp. at this price point.
  My first e-bike. Pros include quality (made in Germany), looks in matt white, quietness as I can't even hear motor , very easy to use 4" screen, works in pedal assist (PAS) and non-PAS modes which is important, has 6 levels of PAS and can be turned off completely, quick release front hub, packaging and shipment was perfect. Cons - speed and torque! This bike is very quick, with pedal assist set to 6 a single crank on the pedals and this thing produces scary torque. I would not let anyone under 16 ride this bike because it can really fly. I weigh 175 and hit 40 kph very quickly. My wife will only use in PAS level 1 because she finds it a little frightening. Lastly it feels heavy, i think about 56 lbs but with PAS on it doesn't really matter. I raise only for those wanting to transport in car, etc.

  Very impressive
  I did a lot of research before buying this bike as I didn't want to speed $3000 on a bike but I wanted something durable and efficient. I ordered this bike after reading many reviews on you tube and other bike sites. All reviews were very positive so I went ahead and ordered the bike. I ordered the 29" wheels. I am 5'8" and the bike is just a tiny bit big for me but it's faster and easier to pedal with the bigger wheels. I can still get on the off the bike easily. What impressed me was the speed and the ease in riding. The seat is very comfortable and the ride is smooth. I am sure I will be able to go for hours without getting tired. It's so easy to manage. The assembly took about 30 mins and we were two to put it together. It came fully charged and tires completely pumped. I strongly recommend this bike.I am a 51 year old woman 195lbs.

  Great buy!
  Moscow plus shipped in perfect condition, well built bike and easy to assemble wheel and handlebars.Only one gripe.. wish display code 8018 would change speed settings, only limited to class 2.Bought it on s pecial, great deal for first ebike.

  Top quality ebike, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
  UPDATE: EBIKE BUYING LESSONS LEARNED. lesson #1Contact the company you plan to buy a bike from three or four times before purchase and if their customer service and contact is poor move along!!!!!!!customer service with leon cycle has not been a good one. We purchased two bikes. The second one never came. The day it was supposed to ship they cancelled the order and removed it from my Amazon account. No notes to the order were made and I was never contacted. I contacted the seller multiple times and even contacted their head office. I did get a email back from the fella at head office he asked for my order # said he would get back to me the next day after he spoke with shipping and he never follow back up and never responded to multiple emails. The seller did finally message me back in the amazon message center not by email. Said that there was a glitch???? and that they were sorry and that they could offer me a discount if and when the bike goes back on amazon (they have since removed that bikes the ncm aspen and the Moscow plus). I asked for the details of the discount and said I'd be happy to figure this out now and buy the bike but They never responded!!!!!!!! It also took 9 DAYS to get my almost 2000 dollars refunded.BIKES need service and things can go wrong with electric components on EBIKES, and although the bike we did get seems excellent and the components seem good, the CUSTOMER SERVICE experience with leon cycle has been a trash experience. I can only imagine what would happen if I had an issue with the bike in a couple months. BECAUSE they can just removed them selves from amazon as a third party seller. They are very slow to respond to customer issues and when they say they will do something they dont. SO BE AWARE THAT IN BUYING THIS BIKE WHICH IS PRICED GREAT THAT YOU HAVE VERY LITTLE SUPPORT AT BEST. Which is what makes this such a disappointing experience. BECAUSE SOMEWHERE SOMEONE DESGINED AND BUILT THESE GREAT BIKES AND THEY SHIPPED THEM TO A BUNCH OF PEOPLE HERE THAT CANT MANAGE RESONABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALSO leon cycle canada does not really exist your sent to the. Com site and you can,t order part for your bike as they will not ship to canada. !!!!!!! Why sell a bike in canada and then not ship or sell the parts for the bike to canada. RED FLAG...and If you want to pedal and go fast this is the bike for you, I mean it. The daskit seems to give as much as you give and that's how I have to describe the power on the bike. I'm in normal mode wheel size set to 29". I wouldn't even bother trying to unlock the speed limiter on this bike it's all ready a rocket.Let me first say that my new Moscow + arrived 2 days early and in perfect shipping condition. Kudos FEDX nailed the delivery.Secondly, I've been ebike shopping for the past three years and finally made the jump for the NCM Moscow Plus 29". NCM make great quality ebikes and this bike is no exception. Everything is just quality components. You can not get a better quality ebike at this price point. I was impressed with how well the bike was packed, and how easy it was to unpack. Set up was a breeze. I highly recommend having a bike tech if your not experienced to go over all bolts and nuts if you dont have the tools, time , knowledge or patience. However, after careful inspection I found that this bike needed zero adjustment. Outstanding!!!!!! NCM scores huge points for me. I went with the white frame, I'm more impressed in person and this bike looks bad ass on a sunny day.I saved the best for last. The ride quality is impeccable. Shifting very smooth. The motor is much quieter than other bike models I've driven. The Daskit motor is quality, and has plenty of power. Especially once you get in the right gear. I like to peddle so I feel like t his bike really likes working together with rider cause I'm just flying on this bike and eating hills like they were flat. Will update after one month or 1000km which ever comes first. The saddle is super comfy. I get tremendous battery life but again I peddle the whole time I'm on the bike because that's what I like and the moscow just gives me that extra push. 1000 KM UPDATE: I could not be happier. Everything runs and performes better than I could have hoped for and expected. My girl friend purchased a RAD and the NCM was packed better And the component quality seems higher on the NCM. The rad makes alot of noise compared to the ncm and although the power stated for the rad is supposed to be higher my bike outperforms the RAD hands down. You will not regret this purchase.Cheers
